RESEARCH GRANT APPLICATION
The application should incorporate the following information.
1) Applicant’s name(s) and membership status.
2) Contact addresses, phone and FAX numbers, and email addresses.
3) A brief description of the project. This should state the problem to be studied, the role of Laban-based movement theory in the research, and the methods that will be employed. (Note: If human subjects are involved, federal guidelines on informed consent and confidentiality must be followed.)
4) Anticipated timeline of activities.
5) Expected outcomes of the project (e.g., publications, conference presentations, etc.).
6) Amount of support requested (up to $500).
7) Budget indicating how grant funds are to be used.
8) Resumes or curriculum vitae of all research personnel.
